3. Activity and nature of the service

CrawlReady is a SaaS platform for automated auditing and technical optimization of websites. The service analyzes, at the express request of the user or their authorized representative, the technical structure, search engine readability, and compatibility with artificial intelligence systems (LLM/AI-Readiness).

The service does not mechanically alter the ranking of analyzed websites. The reports generated are indicative technical recommendations and do not constitute professional advice in SEO, digital marketing, or web development.

CrawlReady respects the robots.txt file of audited websites. The user warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the URLs submitted for analysis.

4. Intellectual property

All elements that make up the CrawlReady service (interface, source code, analysis algorithms, generated reports, textual content, visual identity) are the exclusive property of NBM CONSEIL, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of NBM CONSEIL.

Third-party content (web pages submitted for audit) remains the property of their respective authors. CrawlReady acquires no intellectual property rights over such content.

5. Purchase terms and nature of credits

5.1. Nature of credits

Audit credits purchased on CrawlReady are intangible, personalized services (on-demand analyses). Upon purchase, credits are immediately available in the user's account and can be used right away.

5.2. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium where performance has begun following the consumer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming a credit purchase, the user expressly acknowledges that the service is immediately executable and waives their right of withdrawal.

5.3. Non-refundable credits

Purchased and/or partially used credits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable to another account. In the event of account closure, any remaining credits are permanently forfeited without compensation.

5.4. Subscriptions

Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user. No pro-rata refund is issued in the event of early cancellation.

5.5. Payment

Transactions are secured and processed by Stripe. NBM CONSEIL does not store any banking data. Payments are final upon validation.

6. Limitation of liability

CrawlReady strives to provide accurate analyses but does not guarantee the completeness, absolute accuracy, or error-free nature of its results. Reports are provided "as-is".

CrawlReady shall not be held liable for:

any direct or indirect consequences arising from the application of the recommendations provided;

any temporary unavailability of the service (maintenance, force majeure, technical failure, network issues);

the content of third-party sites analysed or referenced in the reports.

Access to the service may be suspended without notice or compensation in the event of fraudulent use, breach of these terms, or any threat to the security of the service.

7. Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party websites. CrawlReady has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the use of the site or the service, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts within the jurisdiction of NBM CONSEIL's registered office, subject to any specific jurisdictional provision arising from applicable legislation or regulations.
